Cancelation policy

Cancellations and Changes are accepted only by e-mail (contact@alios-experiences.com).

*Cancellations and Changes can be made upon request with 48 hours prior to the excursion date, based on availability, for all of the excursions based on the Island of Crete.

**Regarding the Santorini Excursion: changes of the day of the excursion can be made 48 hours before departure, based on availability. Cancellations within the 48 hours window can be made only due to medical reasons (official paper needed).
Weather Cancellations: Cancellations made by the Operator due to inclement weather will entitle the Customer to a full refund of the Fare Price or a credit for another time for a tour of the same price.

Other Cancellations: Cancellations may be made at the Operator’s discretion due to mechanical breakdowns, which may result in the vessel being unable to operate. If this occurs the Customer will receive a full refund of the Fare Price. Fail to Board: If you fail to show for your tour at the time specified at booking, you will not
receive a refund as we will have held a firm seat for you and turned away other bookings to do so.

Terms of participation to tours and transport:

- The itinerary of the program can be changed during the trip, if necessary, to better serve the travellers.
- No transfer of animals, flammable and hazardous substances.
- The excursionists are entitled to part of the group during the tour, as long as they sign a statement, taking full responsibility themselves for what happens to them afterwards.
- Tickets are not refundable or changeable if not used.
- Reasonable complaints during the trip can be discussed with the guide and afterwards upon to 3 days from the excursion date, to satisfy complaints.
- The excursionists must arrive on time for departure and comply with the instructions of the escorts for the smooth running of the programme. Any interruption of the tour due to the late arrival does not imply any responsibility or compensation.
- Those who face serious health problems should not take part in tours that include hiking. In any such case, the guests must inform the tour guide, who will decide on their participation in the hike or not.
- The company is not responsible for any loss of money or personal belongings.
- The company is not liable to pay compensation for any damage that occur on people or things by force majeure, acts of terrorism, strikes or other related causes. The office bears no responsibility for consequences derived from diet, cleanliness conditions or excessive alcohol use at the places of visit.

- All the excursions-transfers in our excursions imply knowledge of these terms and full acceptance for all individuals attending the excursions.
- As part of the compliance of our company, with the provisions of the General Data Protection Law 679/2016 (GDPR) we inform you that in order to be able to communicate with you, it is necessary to have your consent to the use of your mobile phone.
